New Orleans Famous Praline Company is located in the historic French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana. The praline company manufactures and sells multiple types of candies from the site. YKM Consulting was integral in working with the French Market Corporation which is the leasing agent. YKM worked closely with the French Market Corporation to ensure that all of the historic requirements for operating in the French Market were met.
